ADLER / PJF has been involved in the Stranges Building since the construction phase, PJF Services were involved in the base build and fit out painting contract and the cleaning team has kept the building clean ever since. This iconic design by Sheppard & Rout Architects was one of the first in the CBD Red Zone to go through the consent process after the Canterbury earthquakes. 

On the corner of Lichfield and High Streets, the existing three-storeyed Bonnington’s House building, built in 1882, has been joined by two new buildings, which is known collectively as the Stranges and Glendenning Hill Building, with laneways and a café. This is one truly iconic building and a fitting replacement for the prior 1800 architecture.
